Flowing River Psychotherapy
Neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA+ therapy for people who want to learn how to support their minds instead of fighting against them.
My name is John-Michael Jennings, and I've been practicing as a therapist since 2018.
In my work, I really enjoy helping people learn how to treat themselves with kindness and figuring out how to get unstuck from old patterns.
This can look like understanding how past experiences impact you, navigating neurodivergence, or exploring parts of yourself that you once kept hidden.
In that work, I also help clients explore and celebrate all the things that make them unique.
If that sounds like what you're looking for, I'd love to hear from you!

TEEN Therapy
I have several years of experience in providing therapy to teenagers, and I believe in making therapy an empowering space for my clients to understand themselves better, learn ways to navigate difficult situations, and to build agency and independence.
Adult Therapy
I work with adults of all ages, whether they’re recent high school grads, getting ready to retire, or at any other point in life. I approach therapy with the reality that we learn new things throughout our lives and also come into therapy with strengths and perspectives that can be built on and appreciated.
